Refund policy

Return Period & Eligibility

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any unused, unworn, and unwashed items for a full refund or exchange. All items must be in their original packaging with tags attached.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Sale or clearance (final sale) items
  • Gift cards
  • Intimate or personal items (e.g., undergarments)
  • Customized or personalized products

Return & Refund Process

To return an item and request a refund:

  1. Contact us at support@caldo91.com with your order number and reason for return to obtain a return authorization.
  2. Package the items securely in their original packaging, including any accessories, tags, or free gifts.
  3. Ship the item to the address provided by our support team.Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Additional processing time may apply depending on your bank or card issuer.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in cases where:

  • Items show signs of use
  • Original packaging or tags are missing
  • Items are damaged (not due to shipping or manufacturer defect)

Our team will inform you if a partial refund applies.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our support team. We will process the exchange once the original item has been received and inspected.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
